Knowledge manager needed with Experience in the Financial Services Environment
The successful candidate will work with leadership to develop and implement the knowledge management strategy for B&CM and FS, locally and for Africa, analyse data, customising and highlighting key trends and compiling industry reports for the B&CM industry, use knowledge, information and resources to drive the growth strategy of the division and to help influence decision making and effort, innovatively manage KM content and ensure easy access to relevant information, collect and maintain Market Intelligence data and strategically use it to add value to client engagements, facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within B&CM on information sourced and analyse competitor activities and develop and compile competitor analysis reports
Qualification: BCom communications, research, information management or other appropriate competencies + 5 years experience in financial services industry and Banking and Capital Markets industry.
