Knowledge Manager at a BIG 4 in Durban
The successful candidate will be required to perform the role of Account Associate for our Nedbank account, assist in driving the Priority Account programme for B&CM, manage and prepare the monthly Priority Account reporting for leadership, assist in the research and development of local thought leadership and proposals, manage thought leadership projects and proposals, provide research and analysis for client meetings, campaign strategies and new business development, work with proposal and client teams in researching best practice, citations, subject matter experts, potential alliances to enhance proposals and engagement delivery, develop sales and marketing material to promote services to prospective clients and the market in general, assist with ad hoc business development initiatives
Manage Global Financial Services (FS) reporting and requests, run the programme to develop and maintain client lists and relationship mapping and be instrumental in assisting the leaders to realise the growth strategy for the division

Qualification: BCom in commerce, communications, research, information management or other appropriate competencies + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the B&CM and/or FS industries, proven leadership, knowledge management and research track record, involvement in client service delivery projects an advantage, previous knowledge management experience an advantage and key knowledge & skills.
