We are looking for a Labor Relations Practitioner from a chemical industry background.
This position is based in Secunda, Mpumalanga.

REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant tertiary qualification in labor relations or human resources
Min 5 years relevant experience
Legal processes and collective bargaining experience
Knowledge in establishing and maintaining trade union structures and dealing with CCMA processes and membership meetings.
Valid drivers license – includes travelling
Previous exposure and experience within the chemical industry advantageous
