Responsibilities:
Release / reject raw materials, packaging materials and final product
Line release verifications
Sensory evaluation of positive release of final product
Logging of non-conformances
Coordination of withdrawals
Food Safety and Lab methods training
Managing and investigating customer complaints
Managing external calibration of all Lab equipment
Managing internal verification of all Lab equipment
Internal audits
Managing Lab employees

Requirements:
Relevant B.Sc degree
Supervisory and management experience
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
Knowledge of HACCP / TACCP / VACCP / FSSC
