RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a LABORATORY SERVICES MANAGER – position based in Pietermaritzburg.


REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
BSc Chemistry Honours (an MSc or PhD) or equivalent.
8 years previous laboratory experience at a senior level.
Water analysis experience.
Management experience in a technical environment.
Manage the microbiology, hydrobiology and chemical analysis laboratories.
Manage a multidisciplinary team of scientists, technicians and laboratory support staff in providing an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory testing service to satisfy internal and external customer expectations.
Management of the costs of running a commercial centre of excellence.
