Labour Relations Agent
Introduction

Our client, specializing in the labour relations industry, is seeking a Bargaining Council Agent, who would fit in well with their dynamic team. Reporting into the CEO and Compliance Officer on all matters.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

Ensure compliance with the Main Collective Agreement
Report to the CEO and Compliance Officer on all matters
Assist in the prevention and resolutions of Labour Disputes
Inspections of Establishments
Professional interaction and liaison with employers and employees of establishments
Meeting deadlines and targets
Handling and resolving queries
Monthly reports
Weekly planning of appointments
Requirements:

B Degree will be an advantage but not a requirement
Post graduate qualification in Labour Relations
Experience working on SAP (advantageous)
Detailed knowledge of Bargaining Councils – History, Functions, Processes and Structures
2 Years’ Bargaining Council experience
2 Years’ Labour Relations/Law experience
Computer literate in MS Office
Willing to travel to regions and possess a valid Driver’s Licence
Own reliable transport and in possession of a valid Driver’s Licence
Salary: R11 000.00 (Basic) – non-negotiable, Vehicle Allowance, Travel allowance, Cell Phone allowance, Pension Fund.
