Ensuring that the company’s conditions of employment, policies and procedures are up to date, relevant to the business, legally compliant and aligned with best practice at all times.
Managing and directing the activities of the non-permanent workforce unit
Managing the company’s IR/ER matters. CCMA, labour court, private arbitration preparation and representation
Implement change management principles in support of organisational change which impacts our people
Minimum Qualifications: 3 or 4 year B.Com or law degree
Desired qualifications: Honours degree
Minimum experience: 6 years of which 2 should be at manager level leading a team in the field of HR risk and governance.

Individual will be expected to coach team members developing HR risk and governance expertise.
Act as an advanced specialist performing advanced and complex duties requiring thorough knowledge of the company’s policies, practices and procedures as well as labour law as amended from time to time as well as other laws that impact the HR field.
Deal with complex IR/ER matters of the company.
Preparing and representing the firm at CCMA, labour court and private arbitration proceedings
Monitor relevant budgets
