Large Diameter Drilling Supervisor/Specialist

The Company is seeking the services of a competent and well experienced candidate specifically in the field of Large Diameter Borehole Drilling.
Methods used such as: Vertical and Horizontal Dewatering holes, large diameter deep hole coring (Bulk Sampling) & Large Diameter water wells.
Knowledge & Experience:
-10+ Years Experience in Large Diameter Drilling Practice either dewatering or bulk sampling exploration work
-Schramm TX 130 Drill Rigs or equivalent thereof (Any formal training will be favorable)
-Knowledge and experience in working with various drilling fluids and various combinations of drilling equipment (Any formal training will be favorable)
-Extensive Drilling Supervisory experience is a requirement (Specific emphasis on HSE, THA and Clearance to work)
-Computer Literate (Excel, Word and Power Point)
-Compile various computerized reports
-Regular communications with company staff and client staff
Skills:
-Excellent leadership and organizational qualities
-Excellent delegating skills and ability to convey message of urgency without creating conflict
-Excellent people and management skills
-Take full responsibility for all functions on site whilst on duty without supervision
-Must be willing to work and stay in DRC (Company to organize Work-and Residence Permits)
Client's Requirements:
-Must be medically fit
-Fluent in English (French will be beneficial)
-Computer experience
-Valid Passport
-Driver's License and Own vehicle
Location of Position: Democratic Republic of Congo
Time Frame: As soon as possible
Probation Period: 12 Months
Leave: 15 Days Annual leave per annum - To be taken over December
Traveling: From and to the Host country will be paid from OR Tambo International Airport (Could be negotiated depending on the employee's home country) and return, traveling to the airport at own cost. (6 Weeks on, 2 Weeks off)
Type of position: Permanent
Cost to Company: U$ 805 157 - U$ 949 168 (R 805 157 - R 949 168) per annum (Package does not include flight tickets & accommodation)
