This role will see you leading the engineering efforts of a small team of in-house and the occasional contract developers.

• Building scalable/functioning systems
• Managing projects
• Managing your team's day-to-day tasks

• Agile project management experience
• Back-end dev is your strong suit
• But you're also a people-person
• Experience in multiple languages
• Programming principles include: TDD, DRY, Agile, XP
• Version control
• Refactoring
• Unix
• Experience architecting new systems
• Ability to distill business requirements into technical solutions and specifications
• Grasp and implement new API's quickly and effectively
• Experience building microservices
• Good communicator
• Ability to work in a team
• You have a knack for getting the best out of people
