1Surance requires part-time talented and dynamic entrepreneurs to be Lead Generator Agents. This ENTRY-level position is necessary to identify and deliver successful leads. Quality leads are the lifeblood of a 1Surance Lead Generator, which will allow for increased potential to earn a substantial amount as a Lead Generator fee. The Lead Generating Agent will earn commission only.

Knowledge & Experience:
• No experience is required – full training in product(s), sales and lead process will be provided
• Professional conduct at all times

The Lead Generator will engage the prospective clients in person, through face-to-face interactions to “spark” an interest in any one of the 1Surance Funeral products and determine whether the prospect lead can qualify. If the lead is successful and the client qualifies, the Lead Generator will send an SMS to 1Surance by using a designated short code number where a 1Surance accredited Call Centre Consultant will convert the lead into a sale.
