Purpose of the job
To manage the design and implementation of new and existing solutions and the impact of
these solutions on operations of all network and external disciplines in a dynamic fast-paced
environment.

Key Responsibility Areas
Oversee the design ,planning and implementation of all services and solutions relating to the
network routing architecture. Oversee the management of the bandwidth and network traffic
trends at client network sites. Network Infrastructure services Preparation.Network
Management and Administration. Adress complex Network and UC incident escalations.
Management of staff.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: National Diploma/degree in IT related field and/or equivalent (NQF Level and
Credits). Experience: 7 - 8 years practical experience in the respective field which should
include: 3- 5 years Management experience in an IT environment.

principles; Advance Incident Restoration and network principles ; Advance Internet, switching

reporting; Implementing complex, multisite voice deployments; Unified Communications
