Requirements:
- Grade 12
- B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 5 years Project Management experience
- 2 years Automotive Electrical Wiring experience
- 2 to 5 years experience managing projects and at least 5 staff members
- Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Office and QAD

Responsibilities:
- Provide and follow a systematic approach with the introduction of all product changes
- Ensure company policies are adhered to at all times
- Prepare cutting sheets, load BOM's and provide standard times
- Maintain Complexity Tables
- Plan and control all projects ensuring timeous completion against deadlines
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Conduct Teardown audits to ensure BOM accuracy with the blueprint and physical product
- Ensure all cost studies are completed and accurate
- Prepare rework guide lines to products that are restored to specification
