We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer – to lead the team of Sales Engineers for our client -a national fluid power control client
If you are Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years hydraulic project engineering experience and are action oriented, flexible, persistent, client focused and committed this role will suite you.

Duties
Lead the Johannesburg Project Engineering Team
Identify & Maintain a relationship with clients and take responsibility to build company sales in projects sector
Create opportunities via solution provision to clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives
Ensure high customer satisfaction and build strong industry relationships
Ensure project quality is high and inline with company standards
Provide Support to external Sales Reps and assist them on client visits
Feedback and report on projects / status updates in weekly management meetings

Requirements & Education:
+3 years experience in the engineering environment
+5years Hydraulic Project Engineering Experience
+Post matric Mechanical Engineering Qualification (Diploma or Degree)
Proven sales record
Project Management Experience
Strong verbal and written comm skills
Analytical and solution orientated attitude
PC Literate (MS Office: Excel etc)
