6YRS EXP SIMILAR ROLE - MINING
At least 2 years experience in dealing with communities and external stakeholder is essential
In depth, knowledge of the Transformation climate in South Africa is essential;
Broad knowledge of supply processes is essential;
Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant procurement legislation is essential
Purpose of the role is to providing leadership to the Transformation team in ensuring the Operation and Supply needs strategically match with South32 breakthrough of being a significantly empowered company
Build relationship between Operations & Region to ensure the deliverables of scorecard are met relating to Preferential Procurement (PP) & ESD
