Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Diploma or Degree in Software Development or Computer Science
Minimum of 5 years’ experience building systems as a full stack developer (MS essential)
5 YRS Experience gained with all aspects of SDLC and Agile (CD pipeline)
Career oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and well organized individual with strong attention to detail
Ability to provide proactive and innovative solutions
Excellent communication skills in English and be able to read and understand Afrikaans
Responsible for the analysis, design and development of new systems and the enhancement and maintenance of existing in-house systems.
Ownership of teams SDLC/end to end delivery of projects
Responsible for the business and technical aspects of system development
Provide leadership in respective technical areas
Time management and scheduling of priorities of teams
Scoping of technical documentation
Peer review of technical code
Special Projects
Can be living in Cape Town or JHB - all areas if interested will need to relocate to P/E
Performance reviews every 6 months
R 45 000- R 55 000 CTC per month cost to company neg.
