The cornerstone of the role is the development and maintenance of a leadership pipeline through succession planning, talent management and competency-based learning programs

Essential requirements:

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Human Resources – with relevant certificates in HR/Training/OD
5-10 years experience in Training facilitation (behavioural, Managerial, Functional)
3-5 years Managerial experience – managing people
5 years Leadership/Management Development experience (actual training)
3-5 years Change management experience (OD)
Assessor
5-10 years Retail experience
Non-RSA experience/exposure/broaden horizons
Adult learning principles, concepts and methodologies
Coaching Models
Performance Management methodologies
Knowledge of the complete retail value chain
