Job Description:
Upon starting with us we will give you all the training you need to understand and master the sales aspects of our industry. We believe in setting our employees up for success, and therefore we will invest in developing your skills and mentoring you. This is a 2 week training program and an informative induction into our business. Once you have grasped this training, we want for you to build up, train and lead your own sales team.
Training is a skill in itself and so we will teach you how to train. We will provide you with the training material you would need to build up a successful sales team. We ultimately want you to duplicate the skills that you learnt in your training into your team.
Job Skill Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a Sales environment would be an asset
• Must have superior customer service and telephone etiquette
• Advanced computer skills
• Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans/English)
• Must be a team player
• Excellent career opportunities
