Lean Manager Required

Our client a major FMCG company based in the East Rand is urgently looking for A Lean Manager that has a Bachelors degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a TPM/ Lean/ Six Sigma focused role.
• Exposure to a highly regulated industry (Biotech, Medical Device, Automotive or other).
• Lean/ TPM experience preferred.
• Must have experience influencing others and leading change/improvements.
• Advanced body of knowledge body of knowledge of Lean Six Sigma techniques with track record of implementation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
