Learnership for people with disabilities

Seeking 15 Disabled individuals to complete a 12 month End-User Computing NQF Level 3 Learnership based within Bellville / Newlands /Cape Town, Western Cape. Based with a company in those areas that will host the learnership for 12 months. 

Job titile: Assest Management Related Administration support

Duration: 1 Febrauary 2018 - 31 January 2019 (One year contract)

Recruitment date: Has commenced 

Stipend: R4500.00pm (Monday - Friday/ 08h00 - 17h00)

Job Description: 

• Dealing with clients telephonicaly over the phone
• Taking clients through company processes
• Be able to confidently provide solutions to problems 
• Work alongside and assist management fufil thier operational needs for the day.

Experiance, Qualification and Skills:

• Grade 12 with English and Maths (Math lit or mathematics)
• Preferably adminitrative work howver work related experiance in an IT asset management environment can be to an advantage. 
• Good Communication skills (Verbal and written) in english
• Quality and accurancy
• Customer orientation - be able to liaise with clients telephonically
• Stress tolerance - be able to work in a pressurised environment
