MiX Telematics has a vacancy for Learning & Development Co-ordinator based at Midrand. The purpose of this
role is to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects within the
training department.

Responsibilities:

? Coordinate all internal and external training interventions;
? Management of the training booking process and training bookings mail box;
? Preparation of training schedules for all new employees;
? Schedule employees for all mandatory MiX training such as Induction;
? Liaise with external service providers to arrange external training as and when required;
? Facilitate the payment process for external client training;
? Book training venues, accommodation, flights and attend to catering requirements;
? Ensure training material available;
? Ensure MiX training pre-requisites are completed prior to training;
? Management of MiX Learning Management System including taking on the role of Super User. Dealing
with queries and maintenance of data accuracy;
? Training Administration; and
? Reporting.

Must have requirements include:

? Matric;
? Relevant diploma/degree in Human Resources and/or Training certification;
? At least 2 years previous experience in a training co-ordinator/administrator role;
? Must be proficient in Microsoft especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
? Strong planning and organisational skills;
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers;
? Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
