Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a Learning and Development Manager.
Purpose of the role:
To develop and implement talent management strategy. Plan, develop and take full accountability of the group’s learning and development function.

Regulatory liaison
Project management
Required Minimum Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology / BCOM in Human Resource Management/Relevant Degree/ Tertiary Education - HR related
Required Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR with specialist talent management experience
In depth exposure to administration, co-ordination, and management of the learning and development function
Sound understanding of HR Principles, Skills development and transformation
SAP HR knowledge would be an advantage
Technical Knowledge / Competencies:
Skills Development principles
In depth understanding of BBBEE
Advanced computer Literacy
Accuracy/ attention to detail
Communication skills
Planning and organizing skills
Sound knowledge of the HR generalist function
Ability to report and analyses
SAP HR an added advantage
Accredited Coach/Mentor would be an advantage
