The successful candidate will be required to Design and Develop programmes and materials for training of individuals in the health industry, as well as evaluate training cycles and update materials.

Duties:

Provide Training and guidance to trainers to ensure learning outcomes are achieved through effective presentation of material
Develop material based on technical product information and specifications
Assist with the creation and implementation of a Learning and Development Strategy in align with OD and Business strategies
Manager and provide input into learning interventions
Develop a key comprehensive curriculum in relation to key needs and requirements of an area within the company
Research to identify the best practice as well as design a learning approach which will meet the business needs

Requirements

Diploma or Degree within the training environment
Post-Grad Qualification which includes design and development is advantageous
3years experience in training and the design and development of programmes and materials
Experience in online module development
Individual who is resilient and ensures accountability
Knowledge of Project Management Principles as well as best practices within the Learning Design and Development Principles
