Working closely with the sales team, the job of the L&D Consultant is to consult with clients and tailor training services to successfully meet their needs.

The role would suit someone from a services driven industry with experience of working with clients in a consultative role. Ideally you will have a post Matric qualification and excellent communication skills.

While this is not a sales role as such, you will be working with sales people so you must be comfortable working with targets.
