Key Responsibilities
• Plan and schedule detailed projects professionally
• Ensure that training interventions are coordinated and delivered professionally
• Manage projects to meet agreed timelines
• Manage project expenditure within agreed budget limits
• Report on project progress and respond to ad hoc requests timeously and accurately
• Manage, retain, encourage and develop project coordinators in your team (x3)
• Meet or exceed quality standards
• Ad hoc projects / requirements
• Build and maintain learner and client relationship and ensure effective communication
• Contribute to the bigger Team and live the Values

Minimum Requirements
• Matric or relevant equivalent qualification
• Registered Assessor
• Previous experience in Project Management (2 years)
• A valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced MS word and MS Excel Skills
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• A strong sense of accountability
• A strong work ethic
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem solving ability
• Ability to manage a team of project co-ordinators
