The Group and Partner, Sales Academy is responsible for delivering industry leading training to Insurance and Financial Service sales staff across the Eastern Cape Province and is expanding the team. We are looking for a Training Facilitator who has the passion, experience and know-how to support our inside sales people to sell Insurance and Financial services solutions to customers. To excel in this role, you have solid sales experience and have delivered a variety of sales training. You know how to transfer knowledge and understand how sales professionals and beginners learn in a professional environment. Bringing the content alive by applying it to real-life experience and examples is a must.

· Sales and/or sales leadership experience in the mass market segment.
· Experience in managing, influencing and interacting with senior level stakeholders.
· Sound knowledge of selling insurance and financial based solutions.
· Consultative approach to identifying, assessing and prioritizing requirements.
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
· Planning, organisational, and implementation skills.
· Understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques.
· Flexibility and agility to operate in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
? Deliver sales training
? Manage the facilitation of training in line with Product knowledge, Sales Management Academy.
? Work with internal Operations, HR Management groups to plan and execute delivery of the plan.
? Coordinate relationship between company operational branches and the Sales Academy, to integrate training and talent pipeline.
? Meet with employees, partners, and vendors, when necessary, to plan work and solicit feedback and requirements.
? Deliver programs effectively, achieving consistent high Sales Academy and Branch objectives and positive feedback.
? Work with the Sales Academy strategic program development team, as needed, to facilitate courseware development efforts to maximize the
re-usability of materials and IP.
? Analyse and challenge current working methods to create improvements in processes and results.
? Support branches translation and translation projects, in terms of new product delivery training and sales management.
? Responsible for delivering training on Insurance and Financial sales management, product/solutions to sales and operational sales staff.
? Ensures successful delivery of training engagements with a high level of satisfaction.
? Provides sales expertise in one or more skills or solution areas. Work with Sales Management team, Product Marketing, and branches and
other counterparts to facilitate training content development and delivery.
? As part of the Learning and Development team to work with the Human Resources Manager, Sales Academy management team to implement
the strategy for Sales Academy and development
? Assisting in the setting up and validation of internal programmes
? Providing coaching services to internal and external clients
? Feedback on and input into course material and design
? Become the knowledge expert on areas of delivery.
? Facilitate meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality training in classroom environments.
? Maintain deep knowledge and skill level while demonstrating expertise for all designated topics, plus additional, complementary topics and/or
best practices.
? Articulate at a granular level a respective concept or solution*s vision, capabilities, business value during offerings to both operational sales and
academy audiences.
? Consult/work with Subject Matter Experts, Sales Performance Designers, etc., in order to deliver the material in an effective and engaging way.
? Provide analysis and feedback on training events to program teams or management regarding training results.
? Meet or exceed utilization expectations. Successfully manage the training environment while reporting and resolving issues.
? Generally, in the delivery of a variety of internal workshops, courses and programmes whether through giving presentations, facilitating learning
in small groups, coaching or teaching on-line.
? Maintaining and developing relationships with internal clients
? Assisting the management team and the Learning and Development programme leaders for the Management training programme and Employee
Development programmes in identifying training needs and designing programmes to meet them.

? Previous experience of facilitating learning in small and big groups
? Previous experience of training delivery
? Previous experience of designing training materials would be beneficial

QUALIFICATION
? Bachelor degree or BCom in Human Resources or similar
? 3-5 years of experience with 3 years sales management training or sales consulting experience,
? 2 years of experience in training facilitation
? Preferably a background in HR with practical experience of those areas most relevant to the Learning and Development
