We are urgently looking to recruit a LEARNING PROGRAMMES DIVISION ADVISOR THAT HAS THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

• Good inter-personal, communication and computer skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Teamwork and co-operation;
• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail;

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Implementation of Learning Programs :
• Conduct evaluation for employer readiness after submission of an approved Letter of Intent;
• Conduct the evaluation following the vetting template, probing the employer for more information on the training applied for;
• Present learning programs and rights, responsibilities and requirements of the learners and Seta expectations;
• Conduct inductions for new entrants on learning programs;
• Plan and advise the providers on procedures;
• Outline the requirements of implementing a learning program to the employer and the training provider;
• Provide advice and guidance on procedures for completion of workplace and Learner ship/internship agreements;
• Discuss and advice roll-out plans, workplace guides, workplace assessment tools and reports;
• Provide guidance and advice to employers on claiming SARS TAX rebates as employer incentives.
Monitoring of Learning Programs :
• Compile training program committee minutes and site visit reports;
• Create project quality management and implementation rollout plan;
• Conduct interviews on output of training and impact with role players;
• Report on ongoing progress evaluation;
• Compile impact analysis report.
Conduct monitoring & evaluation site visit :
• Establish status of training as per quarterly reports required from advisors for recommendation of effecting payment as per service level agreement;
• Conduct inspection on viability of provider to offer training as per Letter of Intent request ;
• Monitor training activities and verify training records;
• Communicate findings to providers and address ompiissues arising;
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures;
• Compile and submit a Site visit report after every site visit on schedule with recommendations attached.

SALARY BETWEEN R300K TO R400K CTC PER ANNUM
