The principle responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparation of lease agreements, cessions, temporary agreements and offers and supporting internal documentation for presentation to Landlord and the tenant.
Prepare, process and track the execution of all lease related legal documentation.
Notification to all departments of new tenants
Liaising with tenants in respect of leasing matters
Preparing and updating of the relevant leasing schedules and records
Liaise with multiple stakeholders on the following and with relevance to their field:
- clauses and other legal matters pertaining to leasing
- deposits, lease fees and bank guarantees
-planned submissions and approval

Liaise with Trans Union and other credit bureaus to do credit checks on all lease agreements, including FICA.

Minimum requirements include:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Minim of 5 years experience in Lease Administration
Sound Knowledge and understanding of leases and leases agreements
Good basic financial skills
