Lecturer / Course Content Developer

Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Salary: R30k per month negotiable

About the Role:
These roles will be managed by the COB & CPD Business Unit manager in conjunction with the Head of Academics. The company invites applications from suitably qualified candidates with Insurance and bank training development experience and excellent writing skills for the position of developing training content. The Job functions entail Academic, Administration and Project Management in the following Industries: Academic, Banking/Finance & Investment, Education & Higher Education.

Requirements:
A minimum NQF level 7 qualification in one of the following disciplines: Banking, Insurance, Investment and Bank products, Regulations and Compliance, and/or Commerce (Accounts/Economics)
Qualifications from IOB (Institute of Bankers) are also welcomed to apply
Minimum 4 years Banking/Insurance experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience in developing training content
Must be a South African Citizen or permanent resident

Duties:
Develop content outlines and learning outcomes for CPD purposes
Develop training material including study guides, PowerPoint presentations, e-learning content and assessments
Oversee completion, moderation and quality assurance of training material developed by contractors
Oversee content uploads and testing of learning material on learner management system
Responsible for CPD approval applications to various professional bodies
Administration and management of updates to learning material as required
