Legal Administration Officer
Ensure the effective movement of one stage to another is timeously attended to
Preparation of legal processes (typing, diarizing, ascertaining jurisdiction, conducting queries with Sheriff)
Understanding of undefended debt collection procedure
Attending to new instructions within turnaround times
Be able to follow through on legal process from one legal process to the next step
Typing of general and specific correspondence to Sheriffs and Customer, Client and Court
Ensure that incoming post is attended to within agreed time period
Diarizing of all files
Updating spreadsheets with regard to new instructions, legal processes, closed matters and queries
Formulate spreadsheets for new projects
To ensure a legal activation in the form of a payment, in future arrangement, an arrangement, an emolument attachment order granted
Accurate verbal and written reporting
Performs all other related duties which may be required from time to time
