The National employers association of South Africa seeks the services of a legal advisor in the Northern Cape. The successful candidate will service the greater Northern Cape Region and will be based in Kimberley in the Northern Cape. The role entails;

- Representing employers at the CCMA and bargaining councils at Conciliation and arbitration
- Chairing disciplinary enquiries
- Facilitating section 189 of the Labour relations act proceedings at employers
- Strike management during protected and unprotected strikes
- Incapacity procedures
- Drafting of employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Assisting member employers with telephonic advice
- Recruiting new members for the association

Minimum requirements for the position;

- LLB degree
- Valid divers license
- Own vehicle
- A minimum of three years practical experience in;

- Representing employers at the CCMA and bargaining councils at Conciliation and arbitration

- Facilitating section 189 of the Labour relations act proceedings at employers
- Strike management during protected and unprotected strikes
- Incapacity procedures
