Providing legal advice on issues relating to employee benefits, insurance, retirement funds, medical aid schemes, etc
Drafting & vetting of commercial contracts
Drafting informative legal updates on new legislative developments
Dealing with queries from the Pension funds Adjudicator, FSB, Long-term Insurance Ombudsman, FAIS Ombudsman etc

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
LLB Degree or equivalent is essential
Admitted as Attorney will be highly advantageous
Min 5 years’ experience in Employee Benefits, Insurance industry and retirement funds within a similar role
Computer literacy
