Midrand Area, Gauteng. Salary Negotiable depending on experience and Qualification. Established Company in the Midrand Area is looking to employ a Legal Advisor who will be responsible for:
Providing legal services
Implementation and use of legal tools and processes
Drafting and vetting of contracts
Providing legal opinions
Providing assistance with Intellectual Property and Trademark matters, etc

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary qualification - Must have a Legal Qualification e.g. LLB or B.Proc
Admission as Attorney will be highly advantageous
Must have at least 5 years post Qualification experience and 2 years within Financial Services Industry
Must have knowledge of IT law and cross-border transactions
