•To provide prompt and sound legal advice and support to the Company in particular the Post Investment Department & Turnaround, Workouts and Restructuring department.

Qualifications
? LLB – and at least 5 years post article experience. Post graduate qualification would be an advantage,
? At least 5 – 7 years litigation, business rescue and Court experience,
? Working knowledge of various computer programmes including Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Outlook,
? In depth knowledge of laws and legal processes in respect of Company core business (primarily relating to Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and Investment Banking),
? Working knowledge of other areas of law e.g. Tax, Companies Act, Insolvency,
? Experience in turnarounds and restructures of companies,
? Working knowledge of finance.
