Our client a large hospitality group is seeking a legal advisor .

Responsibilities will include:

To manage and administer the finalisation of franchise agreements in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.

To manage and oversee litigation.

Draft and vet legal correspondence.

Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

Job Knowledge: Consumer Protection Act ; General litigation

Job Related Skills:

Analytical, problem solving and decision-making;

Computer literacy (MS Suite)

Advanced Communications (written, oral);

Time Management

Attention to Detail

Deadline Driven

Work under Pressure

Team work and ability to work independently;

Minimum requirements:

Work Experience: 1 -2 years post admission experience

Education: Relevant legal degree, i.e. LLB; Admission as attorney
