My client is a Multinational Medical Device company seeks to employ a Legal and Compliance Counsel, SA and SSA

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 4 Years legal practice
Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry experience
Admitted to Court
Strategic, Financial and business experience

Role

Act as a primary support for all legal and compliance matters for SA and SSA, including providing legal advice on projects and operational matters.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the internal and external regulations and procedures for SA and SSA, Including the company code of conduct, and applicable laws
