Legal and Compliance Officer
Legal and Compliance Officer required for a well-established company

Requirements
• LLB
• Qualified and admitted Attorney with 2 years Post qualification experience
• Must be strong and have experience in Compliance and Litigation
• Excellent communication and computer skills

Key Performance
• To ensure that the Group is, and remains compliant to all relevant Legislation and the effective handling of disputes escalated to Legal and litigation relating to consumers for the Group
• Manage and maintain compliance within the Group
• Resolve Legal consumer disputes and litigation
• General Legal advice and administration relating to compliance, risk and legal matters
• Deal with customers in a customer centric manner
• Effective self-management and teamwork

Salary : R12 500 pm
