Remuneration:
R 10 000 – 16 000 highly negotiable dependent on experience

Main Functions:
• Ensure the correct recovery process is followed and ensure optimal income is recovered from negligent parties
• Ensure monthly recovery targets are reached
• Preparing and organizing files, negotiate with attorneys, perform merit assessments and determine what action to take through cost analysis or effectiveness
• Handle queries as per escalation level
• Applying case law, dealing with insured and uninsured Recovery claims
• Liaising with attorneys to recover outstanding quantum as soon as possible
• Convince attorneys/TP Insurance of opinions and arguments
• Obtaining third party details and implementing recoveries in line with policies and procedures
• Overall recovering monies due to the company and minimising TP Claims

Requirements:
• Female between 20-45
• COMPLETED Degree (BCom LLB/Law Degree)
• EXCELLENT Matric results (At least 1 A and a few B’s)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans- NOT Negotiable and very well spoken
• Excellent VERBAL and WRITTEN communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
• Fully computer literate
• Energetic with a positive and friendly attitude
• Professional and very presentable
• Logical thinker
• Self-Motivated
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Figure Orientated
• Must be able to provide excellent client services
• NO Relevant experience required- GRADUATES are welcome as an intensive 3 month training will be provided
