ASSOCIATE – REAL ESTATE (EE only)

Our client, a leading national law firm seeks to appoint a Conveyancing Attorney to join their Real Estate Department in the Cape Town office. The ideal incumbent will be an Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 1 year post article experience in Conveyancing.

Requirements:
• Must have 1 year post-article experiencing in Conveyancing.
• Residential Bonds (Conventional and Development)
• Transfers
• Bond Cancellations
• Estate Transfers
• Able to delegate and work with junior staff
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to administer and execute instructions, from receipt to conclusion, with minimal professional supervision.
• Strong organisational skills, meticulous and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work towards deadlines in a highly pressurized environment.
• Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for monitoring expeditious progress of transactions.
• Sound marketing skills
