The position:

? Proofing and vetting of legal agreements / contracts
? Reviewing all legal documentation and provide recommendations on appropriate action
? Providing legal recommendations or implications of any new transactions or policies
? Providing professional support to management
? Assist the company in keeping up to date with relevant legislative, regulatory and industry changes
? Taking of minutes in meetings

Minimum Qualification:

? Matric / Grade 12
? Legal qualification will be advantageous

Experience:

? Minimum 3-5 years’ legal or compliance experience
? Preferably 30 years or older
? Experience in compliance of short-term insurance will be advantageous
? Understand business processes
