Ideal candidate to be CURRENTLY based within a reputable LAW FIRM at Junior Partner level
MUST HAVE SOUND EXPERIENCE IN DRAFTING OF COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS within mining industry
Knowledge of mining compliance laws
Management of contracts, litigation involvement, research and opinions
Manage Legal and compliance department with specific focus on commercial contract drafting
