Position: Legal & Compliance Risk Manager (EE (AA) preferred)

Education and Experience:
- Legal degree
- RE / FAIS
- Litigation experience an advantage
- Knowledge of Contractual law
- Knowledge of Corporate law
- FSB Compliance experience
