Admitted Attorney with minimum 2-3 years’ post article experience in a corporate and/or legal firm, and experience in drafting and negotiating of contracts, required to start asap.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a corporate and/or legal firm essential
• Corporate and commercial legal knowledge required
• Ability to draft and negotiate legal documents required
• Exposure to company law and contract drafting essential
• Strong research skills required

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to Head Office Departments
• Manage all Head Office contracts
• Assist Executive with legal support
• Maintain knowledge of relevant case laws, legislations and regulations
• Structure, negotiate and draft legal agreements – lease agreements, shareholders agreements, contracts and opinions
• Facilitate training sessions and provide content for education sessions
• Contribute to Board Reports
• Prepare resolutions of all contracts
• Furnish legal opinions and advice on various areas of the law impacting on the Private Health industry
• Advise on structure of corporate deals and actions
• Maintain legal technical knowledge and maintain expertise in Company’s Act, Companies MOI’s, Health Act and related legislations
• Liaise with, consult and report to Head of Legal
• Respond to disputes/complaints from regulatory bodies
• Manage quality of service from external legal advisers
• Support implementation of contract management systems
