Large, established group of attorneys has an opening for an experienced Front of House Legal Receptionist. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and requires a well-groomed, confident, professional and personable personality. This role is to provide high quality service and deliver operational excellence.

Duties include:
servicing a high call volume switchboard, classic meet & greeting of corporate clients, booking conference rooms, client parking, courier service, etc.

Requirements:
Matric, a minimum of 5 years previous reception experience working within an established law firm or other professional services group is essential to be considered. MS Office literacy required.
