A well known known company is looking for a Legal Secretary.
The position requires someone who will be able to provide legal support and administrative support to two Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Filing, typing, screening of calls, arranging Meetings, travel arrangements, accounts, consolidation of reports, etc.
- Diary management
- Prepares summaries of research results and conclusions
- Drafts legal documents, contracts, policies, letters and correspondence
- Maintains a repository of legal templates
- Assists with the onboarding for new staff
Requirements:
- Mininum 5 years experience as a Paralegal
- Matric/ Grade 12
- A tertiary legal qualification/ diploma is an added advantage
- High level computer literacy
- Fast and accurate typing
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Highest level of confidentiality
- Good organisational and administrative skills/planning and organising
- Ability to work flexible hours
