Legal Services Officer
Attorney
Our client requires a qualified and experienced Admitted Attorney with experience in Labour/Commercial Law to start asap. Articles essential and LLB degree.
Duties to include:

Timeously resolving legal challenges/ disputes on behalf of clients;
Dispute Resolution;
Representing clients at the CCMA, the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council (MEIBC) and the Labour Court;
Legal Risk Analysis;
Drafting of litigation processes and contracts;
Legal research and monitoring new legislation;
Preparing legal opinions;
Offering legal training to company member and no-member companies; and Serving as a Minute Secretary
Requirements:

Completed LLB degree
At least 2 years post article experience
Admitted attorney
Experience with: Labour Law, Commercial Law, litigation, drafting of contracts, dispute resolution and taking minutes at meetings
Have excellent interpersonal an communication skills
Salary: market related + pension fund + medical aid contribution

Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30 daily
