Legal and accounting software company is recruiting for legal software trainers or Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and Legal industry Bookkeepers with an understanding of legal terms and processes who want to get out of the office and move into a client facing role as a Trainer.

Woodmead-based legal and accounting software company is recruiting for legal accounting software trainers or Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and Legal industry Bookkeepers with an understanding of legal terms and processes who want to get out of the office and move into a client facing role as a Trainer. Training will be provided on the specific software developed.

Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license
SA Citizenship
Delight at travelling nationally

Duties:

Provide hand holding and assistance with users on projects in support of the project team

· Provide End User Training for clients both existing and new either onsite or in house

· Develop target training contents based on feedback from the implementation consultant and delivery of such

· Assisting and testing of End User training manual contents and flow

· Assisting and aiding implementation consultants with client process flow charts

Able to define and target train specific areas of service where needed

Minimum requirements:

A minimum of 3 years in the Legal industry working either as paralegals, legal secretaries, bookkeepers – with the understanding of legal terms and process i.e. debt recovery & conveyancing (not necessarily the legal aspects of these processes)
Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license
SA Citizenship
Delight at travelling nationally
MS Office
Legal Software knowledge or Accounting software knowledge gained in the legal industry
Must either have training experience or be excited to move into the role of a trainer
Enjoy empowering and transfer of knowledge to others
Team Player
Can manage own time effectively and work independently
Enjoys trouble shooting and establishing new processes
Able to define and target train specific areas of service where needed
Be upfront about status of ITC credit record and criminal record
Have a minimum of three past managers that can be contacted for references
