One of our clients in the ICT space is looking for a Licensing and Renewals specialist. A Licensing and Renewals Specialist is essentially the primary point of contact for Customers and Partners when it comes to discussing and/or renewing of the company’s service. The role is focused heavily on transactions, retention and revenue. As a Licensing and Renewals Specialist you will be responsible for the accuracy of Customer & Partner Renewal Opportunities and Sales Orders at all times within our CRM system. Reporting on progress against defined monthly targets will be required to ensure performances and results are accurately tracked and managed.

Qualifications

• Transactional Admin Diploma/ or Equivalent e.g. Business management, Finance or Secretarial

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a Transactional/ Admin/ Finance based CRM Role
• Experience with Systems such as Oracle, SAP, Siebel and other CRM systems is preferable
• Excellent in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good understanding of Contracts, Purchase Orders and Billings
• Tough, reliable character who enjoys challenges and overcoming them
• Strong clerical and communication skills to provide effective support to the team
• High attention to detail and accuracy with multitasking a key requirement
• Self-driven but equally enjoys a Team environment where success is measured on both performances and results
• Work in a structured and organized fashion to achieve your goals.
• Work with large amounts of data in a structured manner to gather and execute on information.
• Good communication skills
• Must have worked closely with customers and vendors alike
