An exciting opportunity exists for Life Assurance Sales Consultants to work in the Insurance Division of our Client. The core focus of this role is to sell a variety of products ranging from Life Assurance to funeral cover from the company’s internal lead database. ?
Entry Requirements:
Matric
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales / telesales environment
Clear ITC and clear criminal record
Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Computer Literacy skills (being able to work on multiple systems at the same time)
Previous experience working in the Insurance Industry would be highly advantageous

The ideal candidates would have the following competencies / skills:
Selling skills and objections handling
Negotiation skills with an ability to persuade and influence
Stimulated by set targets and meeting deadlines
Strong customer service orientated
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail

Main duties would include, but is not limited to:
Selling life assurance products and following up on existing clients timeously
Ensure 100% compliance on all sales
Ensure all client queries are attended to
Maintain, manage and grow relationships with broker consultants
Accurate capturing of all applications
Keeping all in-house systems and the company’s database up to date

This position is based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and the salary on offer ranges from R5000 – R9000 per month.
