Candidate with tertiary qualification and at least 1 year Investment/LISP experience required to assist direct clients, financial advisers and internal stakeholders.

Minimum requirement:
• Relevant financial or business degree essential
• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in the LISP environment essential
• Fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans essential
• Finance and investment knowledge and interest required

Responsibilities:
• Service clients, potential clients, financial advisers re all instructions and queries, telephonically and via written correspondence
• Assist with follow-up on queries/instructions in progress
• Assist clients and advisers with queries on instruction, processes, procedures, quotes, systems and product offerings
• Resolve internal and external queries
• Relationship building with all stakeholders
• Accurate record keeping
• Database updates and information maintenance
