Litigation Secretary - R10 000 (Negotiable depending on experience)


Candidate Requirements:
? Grade 12
? Own reliable vehicle and driver's licence
? Sufficient experience in a Law Firm environment
? Experience in Magistrate and High Court litigation beneficial
? Strong administrative qualities e.g. diary systems, be able to work independently, understanding time constraints related to court rules and be able to function under pressure
? Strong personality (good people skills) to communicate to court officials telephonically to obtain trial dates in Magistrate and Regional Courts and correspondents to obtain High Court trial dates.
